• Phase 1 FAPC 2 clinics are moved and construction of new ICU area begins
• Phase 2 Some existing ICU beds move to new area and renovation begins
• Phase 3 In-centre dialysis unit moves from Davies 2 to Burr 3 and construction of ICU administrative area begins
• Phase 4 Temporary waiting and equipment storage areas arranged and waiting room built
