• New unit to support move of acute inpatient mental health from Hotel Dieu Hospital
• Expansion to 37-bed program for adults (including a 7-bed intensive observation and treatment unit) and 8 single beds for adolescents

• Phase 1 Structure will be constructed
  Phase 2 New elevators will be completed
  Phase 4 Completion of unit and relocation of program from Hotel Dieu Hospital
